Can’t I just do a Will on Legal Zoom?

This is certainly an option. But please keep in mind the following two (2) facts.

• A Last Will and Testament will have to go through a Probate Court proceeding. So you should educate yourself on what Probate is along with the costs and pitfalls of Probate. You can start by looking on this page at the FAQ “What is Probate?”

An attorney, on the other hand, counsels you and gives you legal advice based on your specific circumstances.
